Charco Chicken Signs Final Franchise Agreement to Launch Mosul Branch in Iraq

 

We are proud to announce the official signing of the final agreement for the opening and operation of the Charco Chicken branch in Mosul, Iraq, following the completion of all legal and regulatory procedures and the transition of the agreement into the active execution phase.

The agreement was signed between
Mr. Murat Demirhan, Owner and Founder of Charco Chicken,
and Mr. Bashar Mohsen Zaidan, Owner of Al-Qabda International Company,
under a duly approved franchise agreement that defines the full legal and operational framework for the operation of the branch in accordance with the brand’s established standards.

This signing marks the culmination of the previously announced preliminary agreement. Over the past period, all necessary studies, legal arrangements, and operational alignments were completed, leading to the execution of the official and final agreement in recent days.

This expansion represents a strategic step within Charco Chicken’s growth plan to establish a presence in major cities across the Republic of Iraq, and serves as a starting point for a new phase of growth in Northern Iraq, with a strong commitment to delivering a distinctive dining experience based on unified quality and operational standards.
