From Al-Khalil to Bethlehem… Charco Chicken Continues Its Journey in Palestine
The arrival of Charco Chicken in Palestine was more than simply opening a new branch on the brand’s expansion map. For us, it was an extraordinary challenge and an experience that proved determination can overcome even the most difficult circumstances.
In June 2026, we opened the first Charco Chicken branch in Al-Khalil, at a time when Palestinian cities were facing difficult conditions and daily challenges affecting many aspects of life and business.
These circumstances could have delayed our plans and made it extremely difficult to open a branch that fully met Charco Chicken standards, especially as our team was unable to travel directly to Palestine to handle training, preparation, and supervision in the way we normally do when opening our new branches.
But our determination was stronger than the challenges.
From the very beginning, our decision was clear: if the Charco Chicken team could not reach Palestine, then we had to build a team within Palestine capable of carrying the full Charco Chicken experience.
We worked on training and developing a Palestinian team capable of taking on the task. Step by step, we transferred our expertise, operational systems, and standards for preparing and serving our products, until the team became capable of delivering the Charco Chicken experience with the same taste, quality, and standards that we are committed to maintaining across our branches.
This was not simply about transferring a recipe or a product preparation method; it was about transferring an entire operating culture, a brand identity, a customer experience, and quality standards that must remain consistent wherever the Charco Chicken name is present.
The success of the Al-Khalil branch was the clearest proof that distance and difficult circumstances do not necessarily mean compromising on quality. It demonstrated that a strong local team, supported by the right training and continuous follow-up, can successfully carry the brand and preserve its identity.
Palestine… A Place That Means More Than Business
For us, the presence of Charco Chicken in Palestine carries a special meaning.
Palestine and its people hold a special place in our hearts. Our presence there is not simply a commercial expansion or another point on our growth map; it is a presence we are proud of among a people for whom we have great love and respect, and whose right to live, work, and build their future despite all circumstances and challenges we firmly believe in.
We are proud to have our products present among our people and brothers and sisters in Palestine. We also hold our team there in the highest regard. Despite the circumstances and challenges, they were able to turn this experience into reality, demonstrate their ability to continue and grow, and maintain the Charco Chicken experience exactly as we envisioned it.
Today… The Next Step: Bethlehem
Following the success of our first experience in Al-Khalil, we are now taking the next step in our journey across Palestine.
Preparations are currently underway to open the new Charco Chicken branch in the city of Bethlehem, marking our second location in Palestine and another step in our vision to expand the brand’s presence and bring our experience to more Palestinian cities.
What we achieved in Al-Khalil gives this step even greater meaning, because we are not starting from zero in Bethlehem. Instead, we are building on a successful experience, a team that has gained valuable expertise, and a system that has proven its ability to carry the Charco Chicken identity and maintain its standards even under the most difficult circumstances.
From Al-Khalil to Bethlehem, the journey continues…
A journey that began under extraordinary circumstances, but one that has reaffirmed something we strongly believe: determination creates the path, quality knows no borders, and true success is not measured by how easy the journey is, but by the ability to keep moving forward despite how difficult it may be.
Bethlehem… Get ready. Charco Chicken is on its way.
